If you're not seeing Chinese/Japanese characters in your browser,
you may need to install language support for your operating system.
On XP its through this:

Then load the dictionary you want, and your cursor should be hot!

The HanziBar toolbar can be resized, and moved:

You may need to unlock the toolbars first.
Right-click on the HanziBar button (or on most IE toolbar items, like the GO button, or the main menu):

HanziBar can also be hidden with this menu. Show it again with the same menu, or with the yellow HanziBar button.

The translated text window is also scrollable, selectable, and copyable. Once the text you want to inspect is shown, stop the translation by right clicking to bring up the context menu. While the context menu is up, move your mouse to the translation area, and select text or scroll with mousewheel.

The context menu also has an option to let you translate a whole paragraph via Google's translation service:

You don't need to make a selection - Hanzibar chooses the whole paragraph where you right-clicked. If you desire, you can make a bigger or smaller selection yourself.

Hanzibar chooses the 'from' language based on the first non-number character of the paragraph. For some sentences ('AMD处理器明年...') you can be more precise.
